We should have chat polls for voting inside chat feature.

Currently, five suggestions like “thumbsup,” “tada,” and “joy” are fixed, but customized would enable quick access to used convenience, efficiency. Currently, 5 reactions such as “thumbsup,” “tada,” and “joy” are displayed by default, but by making it possible to customize these, frequently used reactions can be quickly accessed, and work efficiency is improved.

Isn't there a feature that can only search for posts posted by a specific person in the chat window? It's hard to find announcements or important posts every time There is a limit to searching with words, etc. I would like to request an improvement in the advanced filtering function.

I think it would be easier if only messengers such as KakaoTalk were separated from the task, and the chat on the task was difficult because the chat window was small and I couldn't move the location freely.

The conversation history with messages is continuously displayed at the bottom left. Please guide us on how to delete or hide these conversations.

We need a feature to display detailed data on chat discussions (who, when, total count) or an export function like CSV. This data is considering to evaluate employees' proactive engagement. Some employees show minimal response, often to have “checked” without taking action. Management wants to track who/how many have reacted to aim for overall taskworld usage improvement within the company. A function to display detailed chat reaction data (who, when, how many people in total), or an export function such as CSV. The reason we need this data is because we want to use employees' positive reactions as a reference for evaluations. There is little response from some employees, and they often don't actually act even though they say “confirmed.” The management side wants to grasp who (how many) specifically reacted and aim to improve the overall use of Taskworld within the company.

I deleted the direct chat I had exchanged with the people, but those chats are still showing in the list. It'd be great to remove the chat in the list after deleting a chat.

I'd like to change the order of pinned chat on the left navigation bar.
