Customer LIT: We use Taskworld intensively in the Control Centre for Information Technology of the Saxon Judiciary and always organise our work with Taskworld cards in which the links to the work content of an external application are linked. The use case is very common (approx. 90% of all tasks). The external application used to be a WebClient, so that the links could be attached as http://...-Link. Everything ran without any problems. With an update, the external application has now been converted to FatClient software. The links are now not accessible via http(s):-base, but under the format url:vis: //jus.linktext . Unfortunately, such links cannot be stored via the ‘Attach link’ function of Taskworld (with and without url: in front), the links cannot be saved, see screenshot: Is it possible to configure Taskworld so that the links can also be saved in the new one? Or could such changes be implemented as part of a functional change? Currently we can only add the link as a comment, but this is not a viable solution for us (e.g. these links are not automatically recognised).

Currently, images attached to the task property are displayed in a small size, making them attractive to view in detail. It would be more likely if they could be discussed with a simple click, similar to images attached in the comment section. Currently, images attached to task properties are displayed in a small size, making it difficult to check details. It's even easier to use when you can easily click for a larger preview, as shown in the image attached to the comment section.

Currently, tasklists containing locked tasks cannot be moved or deleted. Finding and addressing locked tasks within these lists can be extremely time-consuming, especially for tasklists with many completed tasks. I propose the following improvements to enhance functionality: Introduce a folder or filter to easily view and access all locked tasks within a tasklist or project. Add an option to unlock all locked tasks simultaneously when attempting to delete or move a tasklist. This would save time and streamline workflows. Provide a toggle or admin control for tasklists to bypass lock restrictions if necessary, ensuring more flexibility for project managers. These changes will improve the user experience by making tasklist management more efficient while maintaining safeguards for locked tasks.

To be able to have a recurring meeting show up at each occurance on the calendar and gantt chart, not just the next occurance

Have a feature where we are able to view and edit all of the tags that exist in a workspace, in one go and not per project.

It would be nice if we could add tags on a project level. It would help with sorting and categorizing projects.

When working on similar projects, currently automation has to be implemented manually on each of them. Being able to push automation rules via an API for a set of selected projects would be beneficial in these situations.

I want to set and modify due dates in bulk on the overview page. It'd be great if I could select multiple tasks where I can set/edit due dates at once in the overview page. '전체 개요에서 테이블뷰와 같은 방식으로 일괄 마감일 설정 및 수정이 가능기능

Enable task start or due dates to be automatically generated based on a defined lead time from a selected task. This feature would allow users to select a "trigger task," after which the start or due date of the dependent task is set according to the specified lead time, ensuring timelines remain consistent and reducing manual date adjustments.

They say it would be nice to be able to customize the color of the bar in the timeline to the desired color. (Easy to identify by project)
