We need a feature to display detailed data on chat discussions (who, when, total count) or an export function like CSV. This data is considering to evaluate employees' proactive engagement. Some employees show minimal response, often to have “checked” without taking action. Management wants to track who/how many have reacted to aim for overall taskworld usage improvement within the company.

The reason we need this data is because we want to use employees' positive reactions as a reference for evaluations. There is little response from some employees, and they often don't actually act even though they say “confirmed.” The management side wants to grasp who (how many) specifically reacted and aim to improve the overall use of Taskworld within the company.
