The license management should be a bit more straightforward. The member and license management shouldn't be so separated, so that you have a clearer overview. The customer has small team, and unfortunately, it was only noticed very late that they had at least one license activated for months without needing it. The users were always deleted in time; a notification about the still active license would have been nice.
