Currently, tasklists containing locked tasks cannot be moved or deleted. Finding and addressing locked tasks within these lists can be extremely time-consuming, especially for tasklists with many completed tasks. I propose the following improvements to enhance functionality:
  1. Introduce a folder or filter to easily view and access all locked tasks within a tasklist or project.
  2. Add an option to unlock all locked tasks simultaneously when attempting to delete or move a tasklist. This would save time and streamline workflows.
  3. Provide a toggle or admin control for tasklists to bypass lock restrictions if necessary, ensuring more flexibility for project managers.
These changes will improve the user experience by making tasklist management more efficient while maintaining safeguards for locked tasks.
