I have been using the TaskWorld calendar instead of the Outlook calendar since June of last year.

Overall, I find it better, as it allows TaskWorld cards that need to be worked on to be linked as subtasks or checklist items. I also create cards for appointments, such as the daily Webex meeting or the bi-weekly jour fixe.

Based on this, I would like to share the following requests and kindly ask you to forward them to the TaskWorld team:

1.When appointments are set to repeat automatically, only the end time is transferred. I then always have to manually add the start time. It would be great if the start time could be transferred automatically as well.

2.When creating a new task in the calendar, a specific task list is always preselected. It would be very helpful if this default list could be changed in the board settings. For example, I work in the board or table view with calendar weeks, so I would like the task list corresponding to the current calendar week to be preselected by default.

3.In the calendar itself, tasks can be color-coded, which makes them easier to distinguish. Once tasks are completed, it would be helpful to have some kind of visual indication in the calendar to differentiate them from incomplete tasks. Otherwise, I currently have to click on each individual task to check whether it has been completed.
