Ability to customise the morning digest email content

Currently the morning digest email that is being sent is standard, and includes:
- tasks that are about to start;
- tasks that are almost due; and
- Overdues and to-dos.
It would be pretty helpful to offer more flexibility here, so that the user could define what they receive - for example tasks that have been tagged with a specific tag in the last 24 hrs, or all tasks currently with a specific custom field value.

To clarify, one additional category of interest would be anything equal to or past the start date but before the end date, that is to say any task that should be in progress.
